Lunch by the Potomac River

Georgetown Harbor
This beautiful harbor was recommended by a couple we met while having dinner last night.
It's always a good idea to talk to people that live in the area. We get great tips from the locals.
Restaurants and shops surround a grand fountain. There's lots of activity here.
The surrounding dock is full of people walking, jogging and on bikes. A perfect day for some to enjoy their boats on the river.
I love to eat by the water and this was amazing.
Sequoia Restaurant upper deck has stunning views overlooking the Potomac.
Larry had the moules et frite  (mussels and fries) a favorite of ours. That way we can sample each lunch.

I had the most delicious omelet! Chesapeake Crabmeat and Monterey Jack cheese, with hash browns and fresh fruit. I had a little hollandaise sauce on the side. It was perfect! Perfect lunch, perfect view, perfect weather, perfect company.

Now let's see more of Washington.
